help?

haha,just as the title suggested.some help here pls?
i gota admit when it comes to gadget and blogging and all this tech tech stuff..im kinda an idiot.not completely but pretty near.lucky i went for computer lessons during my primary years to learn how to use those Microsoft Windows and all those stuff.question is,how do i upload an image in my post?im always stuck halfway thru or something something.its quite annoying you know.so yep,you there,the very kind gentleman/lady please help me out (:

My last day in Kuching was just normal.lols.I was asleep till noon and my dad had to dig me out of bed to force me to go for lunch with him.well i cant say no right,he's my dad and it IS my last day so by hook or by crook i dragged myself out of bed feeling the weight of my head and stumbled to the bathroom.felt like a zombie whole afternoon,you should have seen the panda rings at my eyes..goodness did they really shock me.
anyways,kit came by my place during the afternoon!(: alas,someone who cares and makes and effort to spend time with me till the very end.pivian did too!at least now i know that in this whole big world TWO people loves me.correction,its THREE including mic.before they arrived,i felt like shit and all crappy cause the fact that it is my very vey last day left in kch just sank in.
yes i may have left lodge and my friends two years ago but that's different.because when i know for sure,whenever i return they are always there at school,at kuching.but this time everyone's leaving and GOd knows what may happen to each and everyone of us and the friendship that we share.yeah,i fear the future.
